You’ll guide technicians and staff toward top KPIs while maintaining compliance with regulations and delivering a memorable customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership/supervisory experience; strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office tech.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in retail/service leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and open/close procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and customer service delivery to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Train and coach team to deliver world-class customer service and safe, quality installs.
