The role requires a strong leadership track record, valid driver’s license, and experience in retail or service centers, with an emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in retail or service-center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage a mobile workforce.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and CICO.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Handle inventory and cash procedures.
• Drive KPIs like Net Promoter Score and Time to Serve.
• Ensure SafeTech certifications for technicians.
• Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues.
