The Field Service Engineer provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on‑site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. The Field Engineer will instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. This role may include any aspect of field support and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.
Location: Seeking engineers for remote field roles servicing customers located in Canton, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio.

The annual compensation range for this full‑time position is $58,760.00 to $75,000.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
