Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on quality service and a memorable customer experience. You’ll oversee open/close procedures, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.

You’ll drive performance to meet KPI targets such as NPS, time to serve, and customer conversions, while ensuring safety and compliance. You’ll coach technicians to deliver quality installs and repairs and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reasonable tech savviness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, work orders, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals (NPS, Time to Serve, conversions).
• Ensure SafeTech™–style training and coaching for quality installs or repairs.
• Provide world-class customer service and maintain proper store appearance and compliance.
