Job summary

Aēsop stores in Los Angeles seek a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment. You will drive performance, develop talent, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor, with strong commercial acumen and active involvement in recruitment and onboarding.

Expect a full-time, on-site schedule (Tue–Sat shifts, opening/closing). You will coach staff, manage operations, and uphold Aēsop’s standards of engagement, ambiance, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading and motivating a team in a customer- and sales-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent coaching, feedback, and development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and growth by setting SMART store goals and monthly plans.
• Develop talent through coaching, training and succession planning.
• Lead customer experience by modeling excellence and training the team.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of Retail Consultants.
• Oversee store operations on the shop floor and maintain retail standards.
