Job summary

Aēsop in New York seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will drive performance, develop talent, and ensure a customer-centric environment that reflects Aēsop’s values.

The role requires 4+ years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to coach and recruit. On-site work Tue-Sat is required, with shifts that may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven 4+ years leading and motivating a team in retail or hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Able to work on-site Tue-Sat with opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate SMART quarterly store goals with the team.
• Develop and manage monthly plans for Retail Consultants and track performance.
• Lead daily briefings to align priorities and provide feedback.
• Drive KPI performance and product training for new launches.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to share best practices.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of Retail Consultants.
• Oversee operations, ensure grooming standards and the five senses experience.
