A luxury rental marketplace is seeking an Account Executive to launch and scale operations in the Los Angeles market. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales or real estate, and a proven ability to close complex deals. Responsibilities include sourcing owners and brokers, leading property walkthroughs, and establishing market presence. Headquartered in New York, Rove operates high-end furnished homes across NYC, the Hamptons, Aspen, Florida, and select top U.S. markets. We are venture-backed and led by operators from Y Combinator, SpaceX, Snap, June Homes, AvantStay, Kasa, Sonder, and more.
As Account Executive — Los Angeles, you will own the end-to-end process of launching and scaling Rove’s supply in the LA market.
You will source deals, run discovery, negotiate with owners and brokers, conduct property visits, and close signed agreements. You will also help define what success looks like in LA—pricing norms, property criteria, broker channels, and repeatable outreach strategies.
This role combines AE execution with new-market builder responsibility. If you need playbooks handed to you, this will feel uncomfortable.
