Job summary

Assistant Store Manager at Aesop (L'Oréal USA, Inc) in Los Angeles will partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

You will coach, train, and develop staff, balance commercial plans with store operations, and ensure the store maintains Aesop's standards while achieving KPIs and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervising a retail or hospitality team.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and growth by defining quarterly goals and managing plans to hit targets.
• Lead customer experience through coaching and training to deliver the Aesop standard.
• Select, onboard & develop talent; monitor performance and conduct development planning.
• Supervise operations on the shop floor and uphold retail standards.
