Job summary

Aesop is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Retail Business Manager and Trainer to develop talent and implement strategic plans on a day-to-day basis.

In this on-site role, you will spend the majority of time on the shop floor, driving sales and KPI performance while upholding Aesop's brand standards and sensory retail experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading a team in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI focus and sales targets.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Proven coaching and development of team members.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site Tuesday–Saturday, including opening/closing shifts.
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor, climb stairs/ladder, lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and growth by defining quarterly goals and managing monthly plans.
• Lead talent development and succession planning; spend majority on the shop floor coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through role modeling and coaching.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of Retail Consultants; sign-off inductions.
• Oversee efficient store operations and maintain retail standards.
