Lids in Bradenton seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as Manager on duty, drive sales, and uphold brand standards.

As a cap expert, you will manage scheduling, inventory, training, and continuous improvements to ensure a fun and inclusive work environment while achieving KPIs and maximizing results.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Administer the progression steps of discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment, aligning with company objectives and store success.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalate issues to make it right for customers.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Execute operations directives, maintain safe work environment, and manage store technology and equipment.
