Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach and train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes teamwork, loss prevention, and adherence to brand standards while driving sales and store performance.

You will oversee scheduling, guest interactions, merchandising, and inventory management, working closely with the Store Manager to create a positive, engaging shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting and follow up.
• Administer disciplinary steps with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to policies, inventory safety and store guidelines.
