Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolios and present options.
• Answer inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Handle currency and cash drawer with accuracy.
• Balance batches and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Travel to stores within district as needed.
