Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance across store operations.

Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling cash, and supporting store leadership while traveling across stores in the district as needed. A high school diploma and cash handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Explain product options to customers and educate on services to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership when unresolved.
• Answer inquiries and perform outbound sales, courtesy, and cash handling per regulations.
• Maintain cash drawer, balance receipts, and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
