Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with general questions and customer applications.
• Perform outbound customer sales and courtesy calls in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Complete customer verifications and process transactions per company policy.
