Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, regulatory compliance, and daily store operations.

You will educate customers on product options, handle cash responsibly, supervise staff, and escalate issues as needed to maintain store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation, valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options and services.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales and cash handling in compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally to customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with daily reconciliations.
• Complete customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Adhere to all federal/state regulations and company procedures.
