CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store.

You will strive to deliver outstanding customer service, educate customers on product options, and maintain regulatory compliance while managing cash handling and daily operations. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on product portfolio and present options.
• Handle cash and cash drawer, balance receipts daily.
• Process transactions like loans, check cashing, Net Spend.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and escalate as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete trainings.
