Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and present options.
• Handle cash and cash drawer, balance receipts daily.
• Process transactions like loans, check cashing, Net Spend.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and escalate as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete trainings.
