Job summary
A leading global law firm is offering an excellent opportunity for a Legal Cashier. This role is fully remote and involves managing client account transactions while ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules. The successful candidate will have cashiering experience in the legal sector, proficiency in banking platforms like RBS, HSBC, and Barclays, along with familiarity with 3E accounts system. Qualifications
- Experience with managing client account transactions per SRA Accounts Rules.
- Strong understanding of legal cashiering principles.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills with fee-earning teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage client account transactions in line with SRA Accounts Rules.
- Post CHAPS, SWIFT, and Faster payments across multiple banks.
- Run reports, monitor residual balances, and manage bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with fee-earning teams and respond to mailbox queries.

- Manage client account transactions in line with SRA Accounts Rules
- Post CHAPS, SWIFT, and Faster payments across RBS, BOS, HSBC, and Barclays
- Run reports, monitor residual balances, and cover bank reconcensions
- Liaise with fee-earning teams and respond to mailbox queries
- Cashiering experience in the legal sector
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Confident dealing with Partners
- Accurate, methodical, and able to prioritise tasks
- Familiar with MS Office and 3E accounts system
- Experience with RBS, HSBC, or Barclays banking platforms
