Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will drive outstanding customer service and ensure regulatory excellence while supporting the store team.

The role involves educating customers on products, handling cash, performing transactions, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Travel within the assigned district and the ability to work shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Commitment to values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Respond professionally and explain solutions to customers.
• Interact with customers using active listening to resolve concerns.
• Handle currency and cash, manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned.
