Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with ability to lead teams to success.
• Strong selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty and positive connections.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.
• Fashion sense and ability to stay on top of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in achieving KPIs and company objectives.
• Set the example for Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service.
• Support merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales using product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is away.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility including holidays, nights, and weekends.
