Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, achieve store KPIs.
• Demonstrate Torrid selling skills and customer service to foster loyalty.
• Support merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is away.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
