Qualifications

• Previous specialty apparel retail management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams to success and drive sales performance.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure store hits objectives and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate Torrid selling skills to create loyal customer connections.
• Support merchandise strategies while keeping a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales using product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Maintain flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends.
