Torrid is seeking a Keyholder to support the store management team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist with daily store operations, uphold brand standards, and contribute to achieving sales and KPI goals in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The role requires previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, a focus on customer service, and the ability to adapt to changing fashion trends and schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Retail and fashion are ever-changing; flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure store achieves objectives and KPI goals.
• Model selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales via product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
