Job summary

Torrid is hiring a Keyholder to support store management and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers in our retail locations. You will help drive KPI goals, lead by example in selling and customer service, and ensure merchandise strategies and store presentation are on point.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends, and a strong background in apparel retail leadership with a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, schedules and duties.
• Fashion awareness and trend tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to achieve KPI goals.
• Lead by example in selling skills and customer service to build loyalty.
• Assist with merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store.
• Handle register functions and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when leadership is unavailable.
