Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC's/CM's and subcontractors; monitor performance against project requirements.
• Oversee preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and payment processing for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding schedules, phasing, handoffs and changes.
• Provide value engineering feedback and develop cost-saving ideas for projects.
• Lead weekly project construction and operations meetings and ensure safety on site.
