Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA's Store Development team seeks a Project Manager I to manage new store, expansion, and remodel projects from pre-construction to close-out. The role requires travel and coordination with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equal field.
• 5-7 years in construction industry.
• Knowledge of architectural designs and engineering concepts.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Experience with ground-up/new store construction and remodels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bidding, awarding, and oversight of GC's and subs on Food Lion projects.
• Prepare bid documents and RFQ packages for contractor bids.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and payment processing.
• Lead change order processes and validate scope changes.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Operations and others.
• Ensure safety compliance and post-project closeout.
