Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Project Manager I to lead store development projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role oversees bidding, contract administration and construction activities across Food Lion-contracted projects.

Applicants can reside in NC, SC, or VA and should expect travel Monday to Thursday, with a remote office day on Friday. The position requires full-time work and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• 5-7 years in construction industry.
• Ability to travel weekly.
• Knowledge of architectural designs/engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding with GC/CM and subcontractors.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders and invoices.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, milestones, and approvals.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, A&E and Operations.
• Ensure safety inspections and build quality per standards.
