Procore Technologies seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives and establish scalable governance across Security, Legal, and Product & Technology. Based in Austin with flexible remote options across the U.S., you will partner with Principal PMs and Architects to translate AI strategy into delivered results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management delivering large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Proven background in designing and scaling intake, governance, or service management frameworks.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business units.
• Fluent with modern AI tools, architectures, and workflow tools such as Jira/Jira Service Management to triage requests.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end from strategy to adoption of AI capabilities.
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units.
• Establish and drive the enterprise AI governance cadence with executive alignment sessions.
• Own and optimize the AI intake and routing pipeline, capturing business value and requirements.
• Track requests through the full software lifecycle from intake to production adoption.
• Coordinate with Security, GRC, and Legal to ensure consistent evaluation and compliance standards.
• Manage the enterprise backlog for AI use cases aligned with product priorities.
• Design scalable operational processes including intake forms, SLAs, routing workflows, and documentation.
