Job summary

Procore Technologies is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead enterprise AI programs and scale AI across the organization. You will work with Principal PMs, Architects, Enablement Managers, Security, Legal, Finance, and Product & Technology to turn strategy into results.

You will report to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI and will be based in Austin with flexibility for remote candidates across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale cross-functional programs in an enterprise.
• Experience designing and scaling intake, governance, or service management frameworks.
• Proven track record leading engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end, from strategic plan to operational adoption.
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units.
• Establish and drive the enterprise AI intake pipeline and governance processes.
• Track AI initiatives through intake, prioritization, incubation, scaling, and production adoption.
• Coordinate enterprise AI governance with Security, GRC, and Legal to ensure compliance.
