Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI to scale AI fluency across our global workforce. You will design persona-based enablement programs and build a centralized AI knowledge base, partnering with Product, Talent, and Learning & Development.

Based in Austin, TX or remote within the United States, you will lead adoption efforts across Claude, Gemini, and future tools, measuring impact and driving value for Procore’s product and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management.
• Fluency with Claude and Gemini; teach others to use them effectively.
• Experience designing role-based learning programs and measuring business impact.
• Proven ability to lead global champion or ambassador networks.
• Experience building self-service learning hubs or knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based enablement programs across roles and access tiers.
• Build and own a centralized AI knowledge base (Confluence) with guides and FAQs.
• Create a champions network across business units and communities of practice.
• Plan training and comms for each rollout in partnership with rollout team.
• Manage adoption communications about tools and roadmaps.
• Run demos, workshops, roadshows to demonstrate value.
• Track new capabilities across Claude and Gemini and update guidance.
• Measure fluency and impact using analytics and address blockers.
• Support daily learning via office hours and AI Slack channels.
