Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Principal Product Manager, Enterprise AI, to lead the AI Center of Excellence. You will own the strategy and portfolio for enterprise AI across operators and builders, deciding which tools and use cases to invest in and how to realize measurable value.

You will partner with the Principal Architect and AI Platform Engineering, aligning governance, reuse, and license strategy while delivering business outcomes at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise scale.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and a working understanding of LLMs, agents, and connectors.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, or rolling out AI or automation platforms at enterprise scale.
• Experience partnering across engineering, data, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of a new technology or platform.

Responsibilities

• Be the product owner for the AI employee experience roadmap and adoption strategy.
• Own the enterprise AI roadmap and tool portfolio, including sequencing and retirement of legacy tools.
• Run tool and platform evaluations with clear criteria, business value, and cost considerations.
• Prioritize the AI use case portfolio across the business and decide delivery scope.
• Set governance standards with Security, GRC, and Legal.
