Procore Technologies seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead enterprise-wide AI programs and scale governance frameworks across the organization. You will partner with Principal Product Managers, Architects, Enablement, Security, Legal, Finance, and Product & Technology to turn AI strategy into tangible results and value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale cross-functional programs.
• Experience designing governance, intake, and service management frameworks.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end, from strategy to adoption.
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units.
• Establish the operational cadence, drive partner alignment, and produce executive-level progress reports.
• Own and optimize the AI intake and routing pipeline with value, requirements, and success metrics.
• Track requests through intake, prioritization, incubation, scaling, and production adoption.
• Facilitate governance and review with Security, GRC, and Legal for consistent standards.
• Manage the core enterprise backlog for AI use cases and connectors in line with priorities.
• Design scalable, repeatable processes: intake forms, SLAs, routing workflows, and docs.
