Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead enterprise-wide AI programs and establish scalable governance across Security, Legal, Finance, and Technology.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI, you will collaborate with Principal PMs, Architects, Enablement Managers, and cross-functional leaders to translate AI strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 1) Experience designing, establishing, and scaling intake, governance, or service management operational frameworks.
• 2) Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business units.
• 3) Practical understanding of AI tools, architectures, and workflow tools like Jira/Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end from strategy to adoption.
• Coordinate multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units.
• Establish and drive the operational cadence, partner alignment sessions, and executive monthly progress reporting.
• Own and optimize the AI intake and routing pipeline with business value and success metrics.
• Track requests through incubation, scaling, and production adoption.
• Facilitate governance and review processes with Security, GRC, and Legal to ensure compliance.
