Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI, to scale AI fluency across our Go-to-Market, G&A, and enterprise teams. You will design role-based training, build a central knowledge base, and lead a champions network to accelerate AI adoption while partnering with Product, Talent, and Learning & Development.

You will report to the Senior Director of Technology Transformation and be based in Austin, TX or remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) and ability to teach others.
• Experience designing role-based learning programs and measuring impact.
• Proven success building global champion networks or ambassadors.
• Experience maintaining self-service learning hubs or enterprise knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence).
• Strong collaboration with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to execute adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based enablement programs and learning paths by role and access tier.
• Build and own the AI knowledge base with how-to guides, libraries, FAQs, and training resources.
• Lead a champions network across business units and drive adoption across teams.
• Plan training and comms for each rollout wave in partnership with rollout leads.
• Own adoption communications and roadmap updates to employees.
• Run demos, workshops, roadshows, and AI showcases to demonstrate value.
• Track capabilities and adoption, identify blockers and close gaps.
• Provide ongoing learning support via office hours and AI channels.
