Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead enterprise-wide AI programs and establish scalable operating frameworks. You will work with Principal PMs, Architects, Enablement Managers, and cross-functional leaders to turn AI strategy into measurable results.

You will report to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI and may base in Austin, Texas with flexibility for remote candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management delivering large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Experience designing and scaling intake, governance, or service management frameworks.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, legal and business units.
• Fluent with AI tools, architectures, and workflow tools like Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end and drive adoption across the organization.
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and program timelines.
• Establish operational cadence, align partners, and report progress to executives.
• Own AI intake, capture business value, requirements, and success metrics.
• Oversee the software lifecycle from intake to production adoption.
• Governance and review with Security, GRC, and Legal to ensure compliance.
• Maintain enterprise backlog aligned with product priorities and stakeholders.
• Design scalable processes, SLAs, routing workflows, and program docs.
