Job summary

Based in our Austin office, you will consolidate a decentralized AI tool landscape into a centralized, accountable model, partnering across IT Operations, Data/Engineering and business units to drive adoption, governance and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI enablement and technology adoption.
• Strong ability to translate platform decisions into business impact.
• Experience partnering with IT Operations, engineering and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI enablement roadmap for the knowledge worker stack and platform rollout.
• Define governance standards for AI tool intake, evaluation and approval.
• Handoff between enterprise AI enablement and SDLC workflows to avoid overlap.
• Define and report KPI framework for AI tools and adoption company-wide.
• Drive change management and training to ensure actual tool usage.
