Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI, to lead enterprise AI programs and scale AI across the organization. Based in Austin, TX, with remote options in the U.S., you will partner with PMs, Architects, Security, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to turn AI strategy into measurable results.

The role emphasizes end-to-end program execution, governance design, and cross-functional orchestration, reporting to the Senior Director of Technology Transformation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale cross-functional programs in an enterprise environment.
• Proven background in designing, establishing, and scaling intake, governance, or service management frameworks.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end from strategy to operational adoption.
• Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and timelines across IT, Security, Legal, and business units.
• Establish and drive the enterprise AI governance and reporting cadence for executives.
• Own and optimize the AI intake and routing pipeline, capturing business value and success metrics.
• Track requests through the software lifecycle from intake to production adoption.
• Coordinate with Security, GRC, and Legal to ensure compliance standards across initiatives.
• Maintain the enterprise AI backlog aligned with product priorities and stakeholder communication.
