Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI to drive AI fluency and enablement across our global workforce. Based in Austin, Texas or remote within the United States, you will scale enablement programs and govern AI tool adoption for the enterprise.

You will build a knowledge hub, lead a champions network, plan rollout communications, and measure impact with analytics to close capability gaps and accelerate business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.
• Experience designing role-based learning programs and measuring impact.
• Proven success building global champion networks.
• Experience building self-service knowledge hubs (Confluence).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based enablement programs across roles and access tiers.
• Build and own the AI knowledge base (Confluence) with guides and libraries.
• Lead a champions network to drive adoption across business units.
• Plan training and comms for each rollout wave with stakeholders.
• Own adoption communications about tools and roadmaps.
• Run demos, workshops, and AI showcases to accelerate business value.
• Track fluency and impact with analytics and close capability gaps.
• Provide everyday learning support via office hours and channels.
