Job summary

CVS Health in Saint Paul seeks a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to own the EOP product vision, strategy and backlog, partnering with engineering and platform teams to reduce onboarding friction and improve platform adoption.

As a senior IC, you will align stakeholders, define outcomes, and drive telemetry, instrumentation and incident-workflow improvements while upholding clarity, governance and value delivery across the enterprise observability ecosystem.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related product role.
7+ years defining product strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and backlog priorities for a technically complex platform.
7+ years partnering with senior engineers and architects in agile environments.
7+ years conducting discovery with technical users and stakeholders to translate needs into priorities.

Responsibilities

Oversees backlog direction across multiple teams or a significant product domain.
Aligns teams around product vision and execution plans.
Engages in technical discussions on instrumentation, telemetry, and platform dependencies.
Drives execution, planning, and readiness for EOP capabilities across the organization.
Advocates for developers and operational users, validating direction with evidence.
