Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to shape the strategy, roadmaps, and adoption of the Enterprise Observability Platform. You will partner with engineering leaders to reduce onboarding friction and improve platform value.

As a senior individual contributor, you will translate complex telemetry concepts into clear outcomes, align stakeholders, and drive scalable product decisions across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or technical product roles for complex platforms.
• Proven ability to define strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and backlog priorities.
• Experience translating platform telemetry and data concepts into product decisions.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, cloud, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy for shared domains.
• Align multiple teams around product vision and priorities with clear outcomes.
• Engage in technical discussions and evaluate platform and telemetry tradeoffs.
• Drive execution and readiness criteria for platform capabilities at scale.
• Advocate for developers and operational users with validated feedback.
