Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the Enterprise Observability Platform. You will partner with senior engineering leaders, platform and cloud teams, and operations communities to reduce onboarding friction and improve platform adoption and reliability.

You will operate as a senior individual contributor, shaping technical direction, prioritization, and communication while ensuring clear boundaries and outcomes

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management or tech product roles.
Experience translating platform architecture into product priorities.
Experience in discovery with technical users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy for Enterprise Observability Platform.
Align multiple teams around product vision and execution plans.
Engage with senior engineers and architects to balance innovation with risk.
Define readiness, rollout, and adoption criteria for EOP capabilities.
Validate direction using telemetry, platform health, and customer feedback.
Influence adoption strategy and enablement across enterprise observability teams.
