Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to shape the strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). You will partner with engineering, platform, and cloud teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve instrumentation, and increase platform adoption and reliability.
The role operates at staff level across multiple teams, focusing on product clarity, prioritization, validation, and execution discipline to empower developers and operators in a complex
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management or technical product roles.
- 7+ years defining strategy, roadmaps, and backlog for complex platforms.
- 7+ years partnering with engineers and architects in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy across multiple teams.
- Align stakeholders with engineering to ensure product and technical goals match.
- Engage in OpenTelemetry/observability discussions and platform integrations.
- Drive adoption, onboarding, and time-to-value improvements for the observability platform.
- Lead with product clarity, prioritization, validation, and execution discipline.
