• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree and/or CPM/CSPO are preferred.
• 10+ years in product management or closely related roles, with ownership of complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and roadmap strategy for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP).
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to align product and technical strategy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Drive adoption, governance and source-of-truth boundaries across observability tooling.
• Lead cross-team alignment and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers.
