Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product Manager, Developer Experience, to lead product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for our Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). You will partner with engineering leaders, platform and cloud teams to reduce onboarding friction and improve platform adoption and time to value.
As a senior individual contributor, you will influence across teams without formal authority, shaping telemetry ownership and integration boundaries while maintaining clear product
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management or related role leading complex developer-facing products.
- 7+ years defining product strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and backlog priorities for enterprise platforms.
- Experience translating technical concepts for engineers and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee backlog direction across multiple teams and shape long-term roadmap.
- Aligns teams around product vision and execution plans with engineering leadership.
- Engage in technical discussions on instrumentation, telemetry, and platform dependencies.
- Drive execution, planning, and adoption criteria for EOP capabilities.
- Advocate for developers and operational users through product communication and enablement.
