Job summary
CVS Health seeks a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead product strategy for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). This senior individual contributor partners with engineering and platform teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve instrumentation and incident workflows, and increase platform adoption and reliability.
The role operates at staff level with high-trust product partnership, clarifying integration boundaries and ensuring governance across the enterprise
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related product role.
- 7+ years of experience defining product strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and backlog priorities.
- 7+ years of experience partnering with senior engineers and architects in agile environments.
- 7+ years of experience conducting discovery with technical users and stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience defining and using product and operational measures.
Responsibilities
- Owns backlog direction and roadmap strategy for EOP capabilities.
- Aligns multiple teams around product vision and execution plans.
- Engages deeply with engineers and architects on platform decisions without hands-on implementation.
- Drives execution, planning, rollout readiness, and adoption criteria for EOP.
- Advocates for developers and operational users through validation and feedback.
