CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead product strategy, roadmap, and backlog direction for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). This senior individual contributor works across engineering, platform, cloud, and operations to reduce onboarding friction and improve platform adoption, reliability, and time to value.

The role emphasizes product clarity, prioritization, and execution discipline.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management or technical product roles.
Proven ability to define product strategy, outcomes, and roadmaps for complex platforms.
Experience translating technical constraints into product priorities and tradeoffs.
Strong discovery with technical users and stakeholders; translate needs into clear priorities.
Track record of using product and operational metrics to guide direction and adoption.

Responsibilities

Own backlog strategy and roadmap across multiple teams; align with vision and business goals.
Partner with engineering leadership to co-create strategies that reinforce product direction and technical strategy.
Engage deeply with OpenTelemetry-based instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, dashboards, and incident workflows.
Drive execution, planning, and delivery practices to scale and improve reliability and adoption.
Advocate for developers, platform teams, and operations users; validate direction with evidence and usage patterns.
Influence and evangelize product strategy across the organization to enable adoption and ongoing improvement.
