CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to own product strategy, roadmap and adoption for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). This senior IC partners with engineering and platform teams to reduce onboarding friction and improve time-to-value across enterprise environments.

You will bridge product clarity, prioritization and execution discipline, shaping telemetry pipelines, dashboards and incident workflows while aligning with security and governance

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in product management or related roles.
• Experience defining strategy, outcomes and roadmaps for complex platforms.
• Ability to translate platform architecture and telemetry concepts into product decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior engineers and architects.

Responsabilités

• Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy for the product domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and cloud teams to align priorities.
• Engage in technical discussions while maintaining product-focused perspective.
• Drive readiness, rollout, and adoption criteria for EOP capabilities.
• Advocate for developers and operational users with evidence-based decision making.
