Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to set the strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). You will partner with engineering leaders to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry usage, and boost platform adoption while guiding cross‑team priorities and outcomes.

The role emphasizes senior individual contributor influence, clear prioritization, and adoption enablement, with a focus on instrumentation, dashboards, and incident workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience on technically complex platforms.
• Experience partnering with senior engineers and architects to translate technical tradeoffs into product priorities.
• Experience defining and using product and operational measures to guide direction.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and align cross‑team around shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy for the enterprise observability product.
• Align multiple teams around product vision and execution plans with engineering leadership.
• Engage in technical discussions about instrumentation, telemetry, and platform dependencies without hands‑on ops duties.
• Drive execution and readiness criteria, balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term platform health.
• Advocate for developers and operational users by validating workflows and adoption patterns.
• Influence product strategy and adoption through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
