Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). The role partners with engineering leaders to reduce onboarding friction, improve instrumentation, telemetry usage, and incident workflows while boosting platform adoption and reliability.

As a staff-level product partner, you will influence across teams, clarify integration boundaries, and help governance across the observability

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related product role.
8+ years of experience defining product strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and backlog priorities for complex platforms.
7+ years collaborating with senior engineers/architects translating platform concepts into product decisions.

Responsibilities

Owns backlog and roadmap strategy across multiple teams and product domains; aligns with vision, strategy and business goals.
Aligns stakeholders with engineering to ensure clear prioritization, outcomes, and execution plans.
Engages technically with engineers to understand tradeoffs and drive product implications without requiring hands-on implementation.
Defines readiness, rollout, and adoption criteria for platform capabilities using measurable evidence.
