Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to shape the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP) product strategy, roadmap, and backlog. This senior individual contributor will partner with engineering leaders to reduce onboarding friction and improve telemetry usage, adoption, reliability, and value realization.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
Experience defining strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and backlog priorities for complex platforms.
Ability to partner with senior engineers and architects in an engineering-led environment.
Experience translating technical concepts into product decisions for executives.
Proven track record delivering at scale in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Own backlog and roadmap strategy across multiple teams.
Align with engineering and stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.
Engage with OpenTelemetry-based instrumentation and telemetry concepts.
Drive execution, readiness, rollout, and adoption criteria for platform capabilities.
Advocate for developers, platform teams, SREs, and operators through validation and feedback.
