Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading complex systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, ML, Analytics and Business teams.
• Ability to synthesize business and technical requirements into designs.
• Equivalency or a related Bachelor's degree is acceptable.
